Dinner with a battle, by the young director and Catalan playwright, Jordi Casanovas, puts spoonfuls on the dramatic lure of a dinner between a group of friends. A choral show in which a group of young people (some matched ones, others not) are to inaugurate the house of Cris and Dani. A terrifying event will shake the foundations that the characters had built and all the truths that friends had hidden so far. Black comedy (or negrísimo, according to the point of view). Dinner with a battle is the mirror where any spectator, young or not young, can be recognized. Bringing realism to the limit, Casanovas is aimed at an audience "wanting to have a good time, laughing and being frozen with some of the reactions of characters with whom you can not stop feeling empathetic."
