In 2012, once the controversial anti-bullfighting law banning bullfighting in Catalonia was approved, the idea arose of turning Barcelona's Plaça Monumental into a new facility for the Teatre Nacional de Catalunya. The presentation of this preliminary project is being held in a small committee with some of the leading figures in the Barcelona cultural world. The next day, however, nothing more is known, and for some strange reason the project is buried and silenced.
Ten years later, a young theater company decides to clarify in a new show what happened at that event, reconstructing the facts and bringing to light the great scandal caused by the presentation party of the cultural project in La Monumental.
