Want to learn what tools to interpret in front of the camera? How to work with gaze, listening and presence? And most importantly, what’s the difference between acting for an audience and seeing yourself on the big screen?

Get to know the tools to play in front of the camera. In this course you will learn to master the creation of characters, conflicts, situations and different scenic realities. Scene practices and camera text work will be done.

You will be doing scenes and text work with camera, both individual and in group, with the option to also generate useful material for your videobook.

Sílvia Quer és directora i productora, Movies and TV series: Under Suspicion, Velvet, A Christmas Tale, Grand Hotel (Antenna 3), 23-F: The King's Hardest Day (TV), Patient 33 (series), February (film / feature film), Sara (cinema / feature film). TV3 series: Labyrinth of shadows, Poble Nou, Link station, Power lineage, Family secrets. The Xirgu, Operation Check, the light of Elna. Nominations: Gaudí Award for Best Film for Television with La Xirgu.

 

lluis-eliasLluís Elias. He is part of the company "Els Joglars" from the year 1.988, as assistant director of Albert Boadella and cooperative member. With Els Joglars he takes part in eight theatrical shows, three television series, a movie and different publications. Co-director of "La Torna de la Torna" produced by Focus, Els Joglars and the Institut del Teatre. He has been a professor at the Institut del Teatre, the Theater School, the School of BCN actors, the Theater Training Center "El heniter" and the Polytechnic University of Catalonia. Film studios at the New York Film Academy school in New York. He has directed "Los Cantos de Canterbury" at the Teatro de Bellas Artes in Madrid, "Los Celuloides de Jardiel" and Ceniza by José Pascual Abellán, in the theater hall Fernando Fernán Gómez de Madrid. All three shows produced by Albacity Corporation. He has directed me with the company Ma Mare, does not leave me, the show "Good ill" and "Oedipus King, or my father has my fault". He has interpreted the character of Monsignor Artur in the series La Riera of TVXUMUM and has directed the monologue La Maleta, released in Albacete.
Marc Crehuet is a scriptwriter, director, playwright and producer. He is the creator of series like Pop Ràpid (TV3, 2011) or Greenpower (XTVL, 2017) among others. He has been a screenwriter analyst for TV3, scriptwriter for programs and series such as Àngels i Sants (TV3, 2006) and has written and directed numerous short films such as Senyoras, the short (Cassette Films, 2010), the Incorrect Politician, (for the Torres program and Reyes de TVE, 2013), Filters (for the Alaska and Coronas program of TVE, 2014) or Anniversary (Moiré Films, 2012). He is the author and director of theater (Connexions, Magical History Club) and his work El rei borni (2013) has been acclaimed by critics and audiences and translated into five languages. The year 2016 adpates The king borni in the cinema and the film opens at the Malaga Festival, travels through different international festivals and includes eight nominations for the Gaudí prizes, two Feroz nomination nominations and a nomination (novice direction) at the Prizes Goya. In the field of teaching, he has been a lecturer at Pompeu Fabra University and has taught masterclasses and workshops at the Ramón Llull University, the University of Valencia, El Timbal, or the Girona Writing Classroom (UDG).
