LUCIA
A STORY WITH SONGS BY JM SERRAT

DSBOK2CIA

SYNOPSIS

Three characters in a city park. Ángel, a mysterious rodamon, Mateu, a street guitarist, and the young mileurista Lucia.

Chance and Serrat's songs bring about the meeting between these lonely souls at crucial moments of their journey. Based on the poetry of the legendary Catalan singer-songwriter, life stories full of coincidences unfold, with an unexpected and disturbing twist that will put them between a rock and a hard place.

A crossing of values and beliefs between two generations. The old man, represented by Àngel (Toni Cairós), a mysterious being halfway between the official and the rodamon, a poet lost in the middle of the urban chaos, who with airs of the bohemian who is "beyond good and evil" , he goes through life playing and making those who cross his path play.

And, on the other hand, Lucia (Montse Campabadal), a young administrative assistant, in the middle of a vital conflict between making a precarious living to survive and her artistic desires.

A "deconstructed" musical comedy that reflects on death and its sometimes devalued reverse: life.
