EÓLIA EMERGING SCENE 2026
TULULULU places us in a shopping mall, a playful space where objects become conscious. This fable takes us into a particular world where a group of anonymous characters inhabit a universe where everything is classified, labeled and ready to be consumed; but what happens when objects want to transcend their barcode and stop fulfilling their function?
Through an eminently physical and visual language, the performers' bodies constantly construct and dismantle this absurd universe, becoming machines, structures and landscapes in motion while their voices appear as an echo or an interference: fragments of discourse that emerge and disappear within a visceral and disturbing choreography. Between humor and discomfort, the show draws a contemporary fable about desire, utility and the illusion of freedom within a system that orders everything, reminding us that, perhaps, we are not so different from the objects we buy, use and, finally, abandon.
