Thousand Lives-TFG
SYNOPSIS
Four young people they stay in one from time to time garage for playing music together. Today is a day like any other. One of them is late, and apart from the initial small boo, there doesn't seem to be much disagreement between the members of the group. At one point, while the others are chatting, one of the girls pretends to open a non-existent cupboard and take out a glass or a cup, pour a liquid (also non-existent) into it, and then drink its contents in one gulp. As for the other three, everything is normal, they don't make any comments. When it's time to say goodbye, everyone has something to do, but instead of leaving the garage, each of the members sits down in a chair and falls asleep. When they wake up again, we notice that something has changed. They don't seem like the same characters we saw before. Because in fact, they aren't. They are the avatar of the four players who meet to play The music. And now, something has awakened in them: their own conscience. Awareness of what they are and who they are, and they want toto free oneself. From this moment on, a plan begins to get rid of their creators, but they can't do it alone. They need an accomplice on the outside; perhaps one of the four players.
 DIRECTOR'S NOTE
This work begins with touches of realistic comedy. Two boys and two girls they are left in a garage for to play music and to isolate oneself from the difficulties of everyday life. And, at times, these touches become delirious. Simply, life passes through the four characters (or they let it pass). We will also see things that are apparently incoherent, but which are still small clues for the viewer to realize what they are really seeing: four characters who they become aware who they are and who are being manipulated. Faced with this revelation, there will be those who will decide to fight for things to change and feel a little more free. On the other hand, others will want to continue as usual. A bit like the creators of these characters-avatars, who from their position as creators and manipulators their lives happen (or let them happen), without realizing that they are also being manipulated. But, with all this, what does it mean to be free? Are we capable of being the creators of our lives? Or maybe we need someone to take responsibility for our decisions and to straighten out our existence; to tell us, or advise us, or direct us where we should go? Is it so much fear that makes us the masters of our lives?
