Description of the project
Alhayat is inspired by real events: the construction of a library in the countryside of Lagadikia (Thessaloniki, Greece) in the summer of 2016, and the personal experience of volunteering part of the artistic team of ALHAYAT.
The piece talks about everything that happens while nothing is being done: the conversations, the games, the desires and the illusions. The fear. Impotence and uncertainty. But above all, friendship and people who seek a way out of a place that only exists for those who inhabit it.
