"Difficult times in the workplace. A large curriculum also does not guarantee access to a good job position. Too many highly qualified people trying to make a place. What is then, the way to access? How do they decide who they decide? What is the key to being the chosen one? These are difficult times for empathy and solidarity. Confronting the team is the contest. "
