Eòlia CSAD has a website and participates in social networks, with the sole objective of disseminating the academic activities carried out and the promotion of courses in the academic offer of the center. In these media, images can be published where students appear individually, or in groups, while they are carrying out work in the classrooms or in the exhibition spaces. Given that the right to one's own image is recognized in article 18.1 of the Constitution and regulated by Law 1/1982, of May 5, on the right to honor, personal and family privacy and one's own image, by signing this Enrollment Agreement, the student gives permission to NOVA EÒLIA SL to publish photographs or videos on its website and social networks where they appear or are clearly identifiable.

Confidentiality commitment

Given that the right to one's own image is recognized in article 18.1 of the Constitution and regulated by Law 1/1982, of May 5, on the right to honor, personal and family privacy and one's own image, NOVA EÒLIA SL informs that photographs or videos may not be published without the consent of the people who appear in a clearly identifiable manner. Given the educational and pedagogical interest of recording and viewing images and videos in the classroom or exhibition spaces, as a complement to the learning process, NOVA EÒLIA SL may make images and recordings of academic samples available to students for later viewing, which must be exclusive only to the students of the class group. Any material recorded by a student in the classroom will also have the same consideration as confidential material. By signing this Enrolment Agreement, the student undertakes and undertakes to keep the personal data of classmates absolutely secret and to ensure with due diligence the security of the information (images and videos), committing not to transmit it, save it or store it in any way that allows third parties to have access to it, if the student has not given consent.

In compliance with the RGPD 2016/679 and the LOPDGDD (3/2018), the center informs that the data included will be incorporated and processed in a computerized file, the purpose of the file being the administrative, academic and accounting management of the center, and that of keeping the student informed, via email, of courses, events, seminars, publications and any other activity related to the company NOVA EÒLIA SL, as well as the annual programming, discounts and promotions of the Teatre Eòlia, managed by the company ESTUDI D'ARTS ESCÈNIQUES SLU If you wish, you can exercise any right established in the LOPD (access, rectification, cancellation or complaint).
